The LIVEcoVET consortium processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and applicable national laws.

- Members of the partnership
- Stakeholders (e.g., farmers, experts)
- General public (end-users, survey participants)
Purposes of data processing:
- Internal communication and project management
- Participation in surveys, trainings, and interviews
- Dissemination activities (events, publications, website)
- Compliance with Erasmus+ reporting obligations
Principles of processing:
- Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel only
- Data are collected only with prior informed consent
- Data are stored securely with technical and organizational measures (encryption, access credentials, firewalls, backups)
- Data are retained for the period strictly necessary to fulfil project obligations and legal requirements
Rights of data subjects:
- To access, rectify, or erase their personal data
- To restrict or object to processing
- To withdraw consent at any time
- To lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Authority
After the retention period, all personal data will be anonymized, pseudonymized, or securely deleted.
