LiveCoVET at FIGAN2025: Showcasing Innovation and Sustainability in Livestock Training
Last March, during the International Animal Production Show (FIGAN) in Zaragoza, Spain, our partners from CAMPAG presented the LiveCoVET project at their stand and during two dedicated sessions held within the framework of the fair. Their participation highlighted our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the improvement of vocational education and training (VET) in the livestock sector.
These activities offered an excellent opportunity to engage with professionals, companies, institutions, and students, sharing the project’s goals and emphasising the importance of preparing future workers for a modern, digital, and sustainable livestock industry.
FIGAN: A Key Meeting Point for Livestock Innovation
FIGAN is one of the most important livestock events in Spain and a major gathering point for professionals from across Europe. Each edition brings together:
-
the latest technological innovations,
-
emerging sector trends,

and solutions focused on sustainability and digitalisation.
This dynamic and highly specialised environment provides the perfect setting to showcase the work, progress, and vision of the LiveCoVET project while fostering the exchange of ideas and collaboration with other key actors in the sector.
Supporting the Future of Vocational Training
LiveCoVET’s presence at FIGAN reinforced our dedication to strengthening vocational education and training that meets the current and future needs of the livestock industry.
We remain committed to developing tools and knowledge that support the transition toward more efficient, sustainable, and digitally oriented production models.
